The role centers on guiding individuals through their options with clarity and care. You’ll be part of a small, committed team focused on supporting clients and building a reliable presence in the community.
Responsibilities
- Talk with eligible individuals and help them compare and select plans that fit their needs.
- Make sure all conversations and enrollments follow required guidelines.
- Clearly explain coverage benefits, costs, and next steps in the enrollment process.
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and plan selections.
- Work with carriers and team members to ensure applications move smoothly from start to finish.
Qualifications
- Active Life and Health insurance license.
- At least 2 years of life and health advising or enrollment experience.
- Comfortable working with clients by phone or in person.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Familiar with CRM tools and web-based systems.
Compensation & Benefits
- $22 per hour with additional commission opportunities.
- First-year earnings typically exceed $50,000 to $70,000 with higher potential as the agency grows.
- Full benefits package, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off.
