A growing, national cosmetic surgery practice is seeking an engaged and motivated Cosmetic Surgery Phone Consultant to join our remote team. Prior experience is welcome but not required; knowledge-based training will be provided. No cold calling required. No medical or cosmetic or plastic surgery experience is necessary
Our Remote Consultants serve as the first point of contact for prospective patients and represent our physicians with professionalism and care. Working under the direction of board-certified physicians, you will help inform and educate individuals about the consultation process and encourage them to move forward with a free, no-obligation office visit. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting individuals as they consider next steps.
Candidates with experience in consultative or phone-based sales who are looking for a growth-oriented opportunity are encouraged to apply. This position offers a guaranteed base pay plus performance-based incentives.
Successful candidates demonstrate confidence, emotional intelligence, strong interpersonal communication skills, and a consistent work ethic. The ability to build rapport and maintain professional, trust-based conversations is key to success in this role.
Position Overview
As a Remote Phone Consultant, you will work independently from a home office in a phone-based environment. Your primary focus is to connect with individuals who have expressed interest via our online form, understand their questions and concerns, and explain the consultation process in a clear and professional manner. Your goal is to help qualified individuals feel confident scheduling a visit to a local office.
This is not a high-volume, scripted call-center role. It is an opportunity to apply consultative communication skills and interpersonal judgment in one-on-one conversations.
Responsibilities
· Engage with prospective patients by phone following inbound form based inquiries
· Build professional, trust-based relationships through thoughtful conversation
· Use active listening and open-ended questions to understand individual goals and concerns
· Clearly explain the consultation process and next steps (non-clinical only)
· Encourage scheduling of a free, no-obligation office visit
· Maintain accurate and timely records of interactions in the CRM system
Requirements
· Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
· Experience in consultative or phone-based sales is a plus, but not required
· Ability to work independently in a remote environment
· Stable, high-speed internet connection capable of supporting consistent, clear phone communication
· Professional home workspace suitable for confidential, phone-based conversations
